1. Order and Order Status

Q1: How do I check my order status?

First you will receive an email when your order status is changed.

If you signed up and account or selected to create an account when you placed your order, you can login to your account to check you order status, order history and user profile information. Click here to login now.

If you did not selected to create an account when you placed your order, you still have an a chance to create an account. After creating your account, you can login to check your order information. Click here to create and ativate your account.

 

Q2:How do I check shipping status?

Once your order is shipped, you will receve a tracking number via email from Eco Choice Shop. You can use the tracking number check the shipping status of your order at http://canadapost.ca/


2. My Account and profile information

Q1  How do I create an account? 
By creating an account at EcoChoiceShop you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

 

You can creeate an account at any time by clicking "My Account" link at top menu.  You can also create your account when you proceed to check while you place an order.

Q2: How can I change my password?

You can login to your account to change your password. If you forgot your password and you can not login to your account.  You can request to reset your password. A new temporary password will be sent to email address you regietered at Eco Choice Shop

Q3: I didn't select to create an account when I place my order, can I access my order status?

Yes, even you didn't select to create an acount when you placec your order, but you changed mind wan to have one, or if you want to check your order status and order history, we can activate your account instantly and sent you a temporary password to the email address you used when you placed your order.

3. Pricing and Billing

Q1: Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, you have to pay sales tax if your order is shipped to Canadian residence address.

No,  you don't have to pay sales tax if your order is shipped our side of Canada.

 

Q2: I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

A copy of delivery/invoice slip is included in your order shipping box.

if you need an additinoal copy of an electrnoic copy, you can login to your account. In your order history, you can download or print an invoice.

 

 


4. Shipping and delivery

Q1: Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we only ship to USA and Canada.

If you want your order ship to an address other than above two countries, please contact us.

Q2: When will my order be shipped? 

We will ship your order within two business days after receipt of payment. You will receive an email once your order is shipped and you will also get a tracking number to track your order deshoppin/livery status.

 

Q3: How many days can my order be deliveryed?

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via CanadaPost Expedited Parcel with tracking and drop-off without signature.
